Great. Bent my mower blade the other day, he took it off and replaced it, luckily no other problems, and finished my yard. Fast, friendly, helpful, I'll be going back there.* * * * *;)

I brought a mower here for repairs (there is a fee for a diagnostic, and they will pick up and drop off a mower for a fee as well). It would be easy to take advantage of someone who knows very little about riding mowers, but the staff was straightforward and helpful. They told me that the amount of money needed for repairs would probably exceed the value of the mower rather than just charge me for repairs that might not have been worthwhile. Later, I came in to inquire about parts for another mower, and they helped me track down the right part and directed me where to find it when they discovered that they did not have it in stock. I will definitely come back when I need assistance in the future!

Insanely unprofessional. Rented a U-Haul here for a move and picked it up just fine. When I went to drop it off, nobody was there. There was nobody answering phones, nobody had the door unlocked (I had to open the gate myself), and I almost missed my U-Haul drop off time because of it. There was also no drop box to speak of, so I just left the keys in the truck. The only person I got to speak to was someone that lived on the property- she was rude but I’m sure she was just tired of people having to deal with a flaky owner. An abysmal experience and I can’t wait to see if I get overcharged for something.
